Licensee on purchase of license agrees to pay the full amount, additional taxes and charges mentioned in the bill without any deduction or failure within the time limit provided. Licensee purchasing on part payments basis must ensure the payment is cleared as agreed else considered as fraudulent and necessary action shall be taken against them.

No deductions or waivers shall be provided after the purchase at any point of the contract. Renewal of the contract shall depend on the full interest of both parties at the time of renewal. Licensor has the rights to decide the price, prior to final billing for every contract or renewal.

Limited Warranties
